Ka-Wai Au is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Customer Delivery at Mastercard, Ka-Wai has previously held senior positions including Senior Vice President and Head of Technology & CTO for Financial Institutions EMEA at Fiserv, Head of Solution Delivery at the Financial Conduct Authority, and Head of Portfolio Delivery within the Global Payments Technology Office at Barclays Bank. Ka-Wai began career at Accenture as a Senior Manager.
