Karen M. Griffin is the EVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Mastercard. Karen has previously held positions at the World Economic Forum, B20 Indonesia, and Mastercard. From June 2008 to July 2014, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Visa. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of the Office of Business Conduct at Alcatel-Lucent from October 2001 to June 2008. From September 1998 to September 2001, they were the Director of Global Quality at Lucent Technologies. And from February 1994 to August 1998, they were a Senior Manager of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty at AT&T.

Karen M. Griffin has a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University. Karen also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
