Nikki Cannon

Nikki Cannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, specializing in High Potential and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) solutions. Currently serving as Director of Learning & Development at Mastercard, Nikki has also held significant roles as Principal Consultant at Nikki Cannon Consulting, LLC, and Co-Founder of Nclusion Works. Previous positions include Senior Director of Learning and DEI at Onbe and Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Burberry. Nikki holds a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
