Radhika Vaidya-Sahdev

Radhika Vaidya-Sahdev is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Excellence for Global Digital Partnerships at Mastercard, a role held since February 2012, where Radhika leads strategy and business excellence initiatives with digital partners. Previous positions at Mastercard include Business Development roles focusing on major digital partnerships and operational leadership within a pan-European taskforce. Radhika's prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Business Development for HSBC, overseeing strategic project planning as Chief of Staff in Global Processing, and leading strategy in the Middle East and Africa region. Radhika also has a background as a Senior Associate at Booz & Company, specializing in financial services, and experience as a Portfolio Manager for Lloyds TSB. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics, and a BSc in Mathematics from St. Xavier's College. Radhika is also a Board Trustee at the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny.
