Shikha Sharma

Shikha Sharma is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems platform architecture and network engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Systems Platform Architecture at Mastercard since April 2017, Shikha has held various leadership roles including Director of BizOps and Director of System Support. Prior to Mastercard, Shikha worked at Infosys from August 2014 to March 2017 as a Senior Consultant. Additional experience includes a role as Network Design and Implementation Lead at Hays from June 2012 to August 2014, and serving as Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Hewlett-Packard for a brief period in 2011. Early career experience at Infosys Technologies Ltd included roles in software engineering and commissioning, spanning from 2006 to 2011. Shikha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Fergusson College.
