Paul Bate

Paul Bate has extensive work experience in various companies. Paul started working at Luxottica in 2014 as a Property Director and held the position until 2017. Following this, they joined Pandora in 2017 as a Property Director and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are the Head of People at Masterfix GB Limited, starting in October 2021.

Paul Bate attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Organizational Leadership specializing in PANDORA Passion in Leadership and Customer Experience Philosophy and Leadership.
