Ben has approximately 22 years’ experience in the Undergrounding Mining Industry. Throughout Ben’s career he has held various roles including Senior Site Executive, Operations Manager, Safety Superintendent and Safety Coordinator.

Ben’s area of expertise includes site project management and business strategy, financial and human resource management, stakeholder engagement and implementation of key safety procedures and policies.
