Bas Zoetekauw

Bas Zoetekouw has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as Logistics Manager at Masterpack Group BV since April 2015. Prior to this role, Bas held various positions at DB Schenker from 2003 to 2015, culminating in a role as a key member of the European Customer Service Center for a major global customer. Responsibilities included enhancing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiencies, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet strategic goals. Bas also has educational qualifications in retail business from ROC Arnhem and has pursued additional distance learning programs in recent years.
