Marci Espurvoa

Marci Espurvoa is an experienced leader with a robust background in sales and service operations, particularly at USAA, where Marci held multiple high-level positions from June 2008 to December 2021, including Assistant Vice President and Executive Director roles. In these capacities, Marci oversaw large teams, implemented member engagement strategies, and managed contact center operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Currently, Marci is participating in the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio, focusing on skills development for nonprofit board services and contributing to equitable community outcomes. Marci holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
