Rosemary Puente

Rosemary Puente is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational and leadership excellence. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Right Management since July 2014, Rosemary also co-chairs Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives for the Masters Leadership Program of Greater San Antonio and has held the role of Principal at RHP Consulting, LLC since 2008, focusing on enhancing organizational performance. Rosemary's leadership extends to the alumni association of the Masters Leadership Program and the Board of Directors for Communities In Schools. Previously at USAA from 1997 to 2008, Rosemary held multiple senior leadership roles, contributing to coaching, execution excellence, and member acquisition services. Educational credentials include a BAAS from Texas State University and executive education from The Wharton School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
