Danielle Donovan

Danielle Donovan currently serves as Director & Senior Counsel at Match Group since March 2024. Previously, Danielle was Deputy General Counsel at CaaStle until March 2024 and has been a DeputyGC Member at TechGC since June 2021. Additionally, Danielle held leadership roles in the IWIRC - Georgia Network as Vice Chair and Secretary of the Board of Directors from November 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at JONES DAY® and as a Business Finance & Restructuring Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Danielle earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish from the University of Virginia in 2010.
