Charlie Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. Charlie began their career in 2001 as an Account Management, Sales Management, and Operations at Central Transport International, SAIA, American Freightways, and FedEx Freight. In 2006, they joined Southern Logistics Group LLP as the Director of National Sales and Corporate Development and the Director of Freight Negotiations. In 2010, they became the Vice President and Equity Partner of The Compass Group, Inc. where they established operations, partner relationships, and led day to day execution for both the firm and clients. In 2011, they purchased Integrity Screen Solutions and served as the Owner/Operator, consulting on business development strategy and execution for multiple clients. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at YRC Freight as the Director of Logistics Solutions and the Area Sales Manager/Account Executive. In 2017, they were recruited to Radiant Logistics Inc. as the Regional Vice President of the Central Region. Finally, in 2019 they joined XPO Logistics, Inc. as the Vice President of Business Development and the Vice President of Independent Stations. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales at MatchBack Systems, Inc.

Charlie Taylor graduated from Millsaps College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
