Varsha S Kodiyal

Varsha S Kodiyal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Varsha S is currently working at MatchPoint Solutions as a Human Resources Consultant. Prior to this, they served as an IT Recruiter at the same company.

In 2016, Varsha worked as a Facilitator/Trainer for MADS (Make a difference to the society) as part of an academic requirement for their PGPM certification. The project aimed to improve the lives of people living in slums through innovative approaches.

Varsha S also worked as an Intern at Hasirudala in 2015, where they conducted research to identify and support rag pickers in Bengaluru. Additionally, they undertook an organizational study as an Intern at Exide Batteries Ltd in the same year.

Continuing their educational journey, Varsha joined Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies in 2014 to further enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2016, they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. It is worth mentioning that they also obtained a certification in PGPM from Ramaiah Institute Of Management Studies in 2014. Varsha's educational background exhibits a well-rounded focus on business management, finance, and human resources.
