Neal Winneg

General Counsel at Material Bank

Neal Winneg is currently the General Counsel at Material Bank. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel at nToggle from January 2014 to July 2017, where they were responsible for all legal aspects of the programatic advertising platform provider from startup to successful sales. Neal also served as the EVP, Secretary and General Counsel at Jumptap from September 2012 to December 2013, where they upgraded the venture-backed mobile advertising company’s legal department and operations in anticipation of going public or alternative liquidity event. Prior to that, they were a Lecturer in Law at Boston University School of Law. Neal has also served as the Exec. VP, Secretary and General Counsel at The Princeton Review from January 2007 to December 2011 and as the Sr. VP, Secretary and General Counsel at Upromise from January 2000 to December 2007.

Neal Winneg's educational career began at Phillips Exeter, where they completed their high school education. Neal then attended Yale University, where they earned a BA in Special Divisional Major. Finally, they attended Boston University School of Law, where they earned a JD.
