Jay’s career has spanned over 25 years in the printing, converting and contract manufacturing industries. He is recognized as a technology and subject matter expert. The depth and breadth of his experiences are truly unique. Specific areas of experience include: restructuring, consolidations, all aspects of M&A, people & culture initiatives, sales & marketing transformations, P&L, Capex/Opex, Lean/Six Sigma, TOC, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cGMP, ITAR, FDA. Jay has also been actively involved in four startup companies.
