Jennifer Bingham, PHR/SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer began their career in 1989 at Equipment Engineering in a sales position and stayed there until 1997. Jennifer then joined W. B. McGuire as a Customer Service Manager, a role they held until 2003. In 2003, Jennifer joined Material Handling Inc., where they worked for over 15 years in multiple roles. Jennifer started as a Warehouse Systems Manager/Rental Manager and later became the Operations Manager. Their most recent position at Material Handling Inc. was Director of Human Resources and Professional Development, which they held from August 2018 to the present.

Jennifer Bingham, PHR/SHRM-CP, attended The University of Memphis from 1983 to 1987 and Rhodes College from 1981 to 1983. Jennifer obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in August 2021, their Certified Dream Manager certification from Floyd Consulting in July 2021, and their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification in February 2019.
