Misha K. has an extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and account management. In 2022, they took on the role of Recruiting Lead at Material Security, a cloud security company that protects email accounts from hacks. Prior to this, they worked at Asana from 2018 to 2021, in roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Technical Sourcer. From 2016 to 2018, they held the post of Account Manager at Momentum Worldwide. Misha also worked at Octagon from 2008 to 2016, starting as a Talent & Properties Intern before becoming an Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Event Coordinator. During their time at Octagon, they managed 200+ relationships for the DICK'S Sporting Goods-U.S. Olympic Committee athlete employee program, negotiated two partnerships to drive DICK'S Sporting Goods brand awareness, and created 20+ go-to-market sponsorship sales decks for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Misha K. began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended the University of Maryland and obtained a B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 2009. In 2008, they studied Business at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 2009, they attended Georgetown University and obtained a M.S. in Sports Industry Management. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
