Phu Hoang

Phu Hoang is a seasoned technology advisor and investor with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Technology Advisor and Investor at Phu Hoang since June 2007, Phu also holds advisory roles at the Diasporic Vietnamese Artists Network (DVAN), Materiall, Borde, and SageTap, focusing on strategy, product development, and fundraising for various innovative projects. Notable previous positions include CEO and Co-founder of DataTorrent, where Phu led the development of a cutting-edge Big Data solution, and Executive Vice President at Yahoo! Inc., where Phu managed a large engineering team. Phu's educational background includes a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
