Jonathan Morse has extensive experience in the healthcare consulting and policy field. Jonathan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Mathematica's CMS, State, Commercial Health division, where they provide strategic direction and innovative solutions to clients in Medicaid and Medicare analytics and policy. Prior to this, Jonathan held various roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), including Acting Deputy Administrator and Center Director, where they led the development and implementation of program integrity policies and operations. Jonathan also represented the agency to key stakeholders and managed a large team. Before joining Mathematica and CMS, Jonathan worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, leading projects related to Medicare and Medicaid reform, ACA implementation, and program integrity. Jonathan began their career at the White House Office of Management and Budget, where they served as a Senior Program Examiner in the Health Division, developing and reviewing the President's Budget for Medicare and analyzing healthcare regulations.
Jonathan Morse completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Union College from 1991 to 1995. Jonathan then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Health Law at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law from 1999 to 2002.
