Bill Kent is the president and CEO of Matheny Medical and Educational Center, Inc. Bill has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration.
Previously, Kent served as SVP of Infrastructure and Operations at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of functions, including regulatory and accreditation services, family relations, health information management, admitting, outpatient registration, centralized appointment scheduling call center, utilization review, supply chain management, clinical engineering, space/facilities planning and construction, real estate, maintenance, grounds keeping, parking, transportation, protective services, food services, environmental services, pastoral care, pediatric ethics center, clinical laboratory services and satellite ambulatory care operations.
Prior to their time at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Kent served as President of Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of Johns Hopkins Medicine's community-based physician organization.
