Abdirisak Ainan

Abdirisak Ainan has work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Abdirisak started their career as a Contract Manager at Integrated Airline Services where they were responsible for overseeing flight schedules, equipment status, and crew manning. In 2012, they joined Global Elite Group as an Operations Manager, where they managed station staffing, attendance, and payroll. In 2014, they moved to Matheson Inc. and held various roles including Operations Manager and Head of U.S. Airport Operations & GSE. In these positions, they were responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating station operations, implementing maintenance strategies, managing human resources, and evaluating policies and procedures for improvement.

Abdirisak Ainan completed their MBA in Project Management from Preston University between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including Ground Security from ABX Air, Inc. in September 2022, IAT from DHL Supply Chain in July 2022, as well as certifications in Ramp Load Verifications, Ramp Operations, and Airside Operations from DHL in July 2022.
