Rodrigo Isola has worked for a variety of companies since 2010. In that year, they began working for Accenture as a Technical Team Leader and Team Leader, working on SAP MM and SAP Program-Treasury-Bank deployment. In 2012, they became a Project Manager for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, where they coordinated the digitalization process of the GCABA HR files and followed up on the development, testing, and Go-Live of an external company's digital platform. In 2014, they started working independently, providing research and development of management tools based in MS Access and Balance Score Card for PyMES. Rodrigo also began working for Cardinal Systems as a Product Owner and Product Manager for their CPP web-based application. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Planning Manager for the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, where they were responsible for critical escalations venue setup and crisis manual and escalation process engineering. In 2019, they became a Country Manager for Colegium. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success LATAM Manager for Matific and as a BI Independent Consultant for Turismocity and Kids Corp.

Rodrigo Isola obtained a Business Manager degree from the University of Buenos Aires in Economics between 2000 and 2009. Rodrigo then went on to pursue a Magister in Rodrigo'story and Politics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they are a SAP MM certified consultant from Buffa Sistemas S.R.L.
