Cole Tilley

Enterprise Account Executive at Matillion

Cole Tilley has extensive work experience in various roles. In 2018, they served as a Field Supervisor for Associated Students, Incorporated at California Polytechnic University, where they managed recreational facilities and ensured safety for all. In 2019, Cole worked as a Consultant at Mustang Consulting Group. In 2020, they interned as a Project Intern at Hydro Flask. From 2017 to 2022, Cole was a Student Ambassador for Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, Inc. Currently, they are employed at Matillion, starting as a Sales Development Representative in July 2021 and later transitioning to the role of Sales Development Team Lead in February 2022. In their current role as an Account Executive, Cole is responsible for achieving quotas and has played a key role in building out the first team lead position for the SDR organization at Matillion.

Cole Tilley earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Information Systems, from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Cole attended this university from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, Cole has obtained several certifications, including the Academy Accreditation in Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals, the PT - Presales EDW-ETL Migration certification from Databricks, and the Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation from Snowflake. Cole obtained these certifications in January 2023 and June 2022, respectively.
