Khoa Ngo

Khoa Ngo has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They started their career as an IT Specialist at CU Online in 2014, where they gained expertise in various applications and resources. They also conducted training for new employees. In 2017, Khoa moved on to Verint as a Technical Support Representative, providing support for vendors with a large number of stores and managing Windows Server Environment. In 2018, Khoa joined IR as a Software Support Engineer, achieving high case closure rates and assisting with deal closures. Finally, in 2022, Khoa joined Matillion as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in cloud technologies.

Khoa Ngo completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Colorado Denver in 2017. Khoa obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in June 2021.
