Naggi Asmar

Naggi Asmar is a Silicon Valley engineering leader with 25+ years of experience building and leading development organizations across companies of all sizes. In the past 16 years, Naggi has held engineering leadership roles at Medallia and Oracle and currently serves as the Chief Engineering Officer at Matillion. He has spent the majority of his career building and scaling global engineering teams and delivering for enterprise customers. He believes that engineering for the enterprise market requires rigor and customer obsession.

Naggi resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, California with his family. He enjoys exercising, listening to live and recorded music and visiting the local pub on the weekend.
