Sushmita Sharma

Sushmita Sharma has a diverse range of work experience in technical writing and documentation. Sushmita started their career in 2008 as a Senior Network Engineer at Wipro Infotech, where they were responsible for network analysis and design. Sushmita then became a Technical Author at SkillaDo, where they implemented documentation strategies for organizations. Sushmita also worked as a Software QA Consultant at Convertonet, performing performance testing for a gaming website.

In 2012, Sushmita joined Charles River Consultants as a Technical Consultant, where they created and reviewed business requirements and conducted user stories workshops. Sushmita then worked at 3CLogic as a Senior Technical Author, responsible for end user documentation and release notes. At FonAngle, they worked as a System Documentation and Support specialist, involved in IT infrastructure development and creating user documentation.

In 2019, Sushmita joined The Access Group as a Technical Documentation Specialist, responsible for drafting user guides and creating online help documents. Sushmita then joined Refinitiv as a Senior Technical Writer, where they worked on API documentation and collaborated with R&D and Product Management teams.

Currently, Sushmita is working at Matillion as a Senior Technical Author.

Sushmita Sharma completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) (Hons) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Army School from 2002 to 2004 and obtained their 12th degree with a focus on Science, mathematics, and physics.

In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, and BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice from BCS in March 2016. Sushmita also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, although the specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
