Senior Director Of Product Management at Matillion

Thomas Ridings has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas is currently the Director of Product Management at Matillion since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Intent HQ as a Product Director from February 2020 to September 2021, where they were responsible for driving product strategy and managing large telco accounts. Thomas also served as an Engagement Manager at Intent HQ from August 2017 to February 2020, overseeing the O2 account and driving revenue growth.

Thomas is also a Co-Founder of Sliips, a pay transparency platform, where they led user acquisition and product strategy for six months in 2017. Thomas worked as a Product Owner at Postshift from March 2016 to January 2017.

Before that, Thomas gained experience at IBM United Kingdom Ltd as a Strategy & Analytics Consultant, primarily working in the business intelligence domain for financial services and telecommunications clients. Thomas held various management roles in end-to-end IT projects from July 2013 to February 2016.

Thomas started their career as a freelance Website Developer, working with a range of businesses to design and implement digital marketing strategies from September 2009 to July 2013. Throughout this period, they collaborated with 11 clients and successfully improved their online presence and sales metrics.

Thomas Ridings completed their education at the University of Warwick from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in General Engineering with Business Management. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in various fields. In August 2022, they obtained the Matillion Associate Certification from Matillion. In May 2019, they obtained the Introduction to TensorFlow for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning certification from Coursera. Thomas also obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera in February 2019. These additional certifications indicate Thomas' interest and expertise in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
