Jason Kurszewski

Jason Kurszewski has extensive work experience in the paper and manufacturing industry. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations - Packaging and Specialty Papers at Mativ since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Neenah for a total of 15 years, starting in 2006. During their time at Neenah, they held various roles including Continuous Improvement Leader, Plant Manager at multiple locations, Manufacturing Manager, Paper Machine Asset Leader, and Maintenance Leader. Before joining Neenah, Jason worked as a Pulp Mill Supervisor at Wausau Paper from 2001 to 2006, and as a Technical Sales Representative at Ace Chemical Products, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.

Jason Kurszewski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point between 1995 and 2000. Jason also holds several certifications in leadership and team collaboration, obtained from LinkedIn in 2023.
