Jay Raval

Jay Raval has been serving as Team Lead for Software Testing and Product Management at Matrix Comsec since July 2015, where responsibilities include customer engagement for requirement gathering, preparation of business and product specification documents, UI/UX design wireframing, product backlog management, and functional testing during alpha and beta phases. Previously, Jay held the position of Team Leader for Technical Support, overseeing resource planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Jay's earlier experience includes working as an Application Engineer at Automation System Engineers Pvt. Ltd from May 2014 to June 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from V.V.P. Engineering College, Rajkot, and a Diploma in the same field from A.V. Parekh Technical Institute, Rajkot.
