Sophia Kim

Sophia joins us with a long history of strong execution and delivery in retrospective and prospective risk adjustment strategies, eligibility, and enrollment solutions in both Medicare and Medicaid markets as well as other revenue cycle and claims management solutions. At Matrix, Sophia will be responsible for driving enterprise growth, creating and enhancing customer-centric partnerships, transforming end-to-end sales and account management, and ensuring Matrix continue to offer differentiated services and capabilities to maintain its market leader position.

Prior to joining Matrix, Sophia served as Chief Revenue Officer at Centauri Health Solutions, Vice President, Strategic Accounts at MHK (formerly MedHOK, Inc.), Senior Vice President, Sales Operations & Enablement at Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon/Altegra Health/The Coding Source, LLC), and Director, National Medicare Marketing, Sales & Operations at Kaiser Permanente Health Plans.

Sophia received her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College of Columbia University.
