Kim Garrett

Kim Garrett has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Kim started their career as a Technical Recruiter at MATRIX Resources in 2015 and worked there until 2018. Kim then joined SkillStorm as a Recruiter from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Mecklenburg County. In 2021, they joined Capital One as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a few months before transitioning to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Lead Recruiter at both MATRIX Resources and Motion Recruitment.

Kim Garrett earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queens University of Charlotte, which was completed between 2010 and 2013.
