Cassia started their career at Assure Oil & Gas Corp. in 2003 as an Office Services & Human Resources Coordinator. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Representative at Tucker Wireline Services Inc. Cassia then joined Highpine Oil and Gas Ltd in 2007, where they served as a Human Resources Representative and provided guidance on performance management and oversaw the recruitment process. In 2009, Cassia joined Sinopec Daylight Energy Ltd as a Human Resources Advisor. Cassia acted as a key resource for employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. At Sinopec Daylight Energy Ltd, they also managed the termination process and led the Performance Recognition Program.
