Julia Silyuntseva

Julia Silyuntseva currently serves as the Global People Analytics Lead at Mattel, Inc., a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Julia spent a decade at Mattel EMEA, progressing from Associate HR Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager and eventually leading HR Technologies and People Analytics for the region. Julia's career began at De La Rue, where a role as HR Generalist was undertaken from July 2007 to May 2012. Julia holds a Master's degree in Labour Economics from Voronezh State University, having completed studies from 2002 to 2007.
