Daniel Figielek

Daniel Figielek currently serves as the Head of Customer & Wholesale Operations at metrofibre since May 2023, focusing on customer care for wholesale partners and operations. Prior to metrofibre, Daniel held various positions at Vodafone from October 2012 to May 2023, including Head of Group Service Expert Team New Technology, where leadership included managing a team with advanced technical expertise, and Network Operations Specialist, overseeing strategic direction, internal reporting, and budget management. Daniel's early career included participation in a trainee program with multiple rotations across core technical departments. Daniel earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical and Information Technology from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and completed a semester abroad at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in addition to studies at Ruhr University Bochum.
