Pavel Zeman

Pavel Zeman is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive leadership experience across prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Mattermost since April 2024, Zeman previously held the same title at Red Canary, where responsibilities included overseeing software development for cybersecurity solutions. Zeman's tenure at VMware as VP of Engineering involved leading a global team of over 500, focusing on Software as a Service (SaaS) and enterprise architecture. At MobileIron, Zeman was instrumental in developing a leading Enterprise Mobility Management platform during its successful IPO period. As the Founder and President of Bohemia Capital Management, Zeman launched a hedge fund specializing in automated trading strategies for institutional investors. Early career highlights include a Senior Software Developer role at Microsoft, where contributions were made to the Digital Rights Management platform.
