Jarrod Zvara, PMP

Jarrod Zvara, PMP has over 20 years of experience in IT project management and solution architecture. Jarrod has worked at companies such as Mattersight Corporation, Forsythe, and Qwest/CenturyLink.

At Mattersight Corporation, Jarrod served as a Senior IT Project Manager and Solutions Architect for client-facing deployments. Jarrod designed and managed the implementation of hardware and software solutions, leveraging their knowledge of telephony platforms and systems integration.

Prior to that, Jarrod worked at Forsythe as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for the Network and Server work streams for a multi-million dollar infrastructure upgrade. Jarrod collaborated closely with the client's project manager to develop project resources, schedules, and budgets.

Before joining Forsythe, Jarrod was at Qwest/CenturyLink as a Lead Project Manager. Jarrod managed large-scale telecommunications installation activities for retail customers, including revenue-generating projects for Wells Fargo. Jarrod acted as the primary contact for the account and implementation teams, ensuring streamlined communication throughout each project.

Earlier in their career, Jarrod worked at QWEST COMMUNICATIONS CORP as a Supervisor and Provisioning Team Lead. Jarrod supervised a team and managed day-to-day activities to achieve revenue goals. Jarrod also provided technical expertise and issue resolution, specializing in broadband design and installation.

Throughout their career, Jarrod has consistently demonstrated their skills in project management, solution architecture, and client-facing deployments.

Jarrod Zvara, PMP, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from DeVry University from 1997 to 1999. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Information Systems from DeVry University Columbus. In June 2012, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
