Scott Corley

Scott Corley has worked for seven companies in their career. Scott began their career in 2002 as a Process Development Associate at Abgenix, Inc. In 2005, they moved to the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Connecticut as a Graduate Research Associate. In 2011, they joined the Larsen Lab at the Department of Chemistry at the University of California, Davis as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. In 2012, they became a Biochemist/Grant Writer at Kiverdi, Inc. In 2013, they joined Boehringer Ingelheim as an Associate Scientist and then moved up to Senior Scientist and Principal Specialist. In 2021, they became an Applications Scientist at Matterworks. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Metagenomi as a Staff Scientist.

Scott Corley received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biological Sciences from UC Santa Barbara between 1995 and 1999. Scott then went on to receive their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Connecticut between 2005 and 2010.
