Melanie Isola

Director, Hospitality at Matthew Kenney Cuisine

As Director of Hospitality, Melanie Isola is responsible for overseeing all front of house operations in the Matthew Kenney Cuisine portfolio. Originally from the east coast, after attending Boston University and receiving her undergraduate degree in Hospitality Administration, she moved to California. She has worked her way from Napa Valley down to Los Angeles and spent the majority of the last 8 years in the restaurant industry not only running restaurants but training new managers. She is currently in school getting her master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Cal State Fullerton. Melanie lives in Marina del Rey with her husband and their rescue cat, Bree.
