Alison N.

Alison N. has a strong background in payroll administration. Alison started their career at Borders in 2006, where they held multiple roles including Training/Office Supervisor, Interim Cafe Supervisor, and Book Seller until 2010. Alison then joined Sentric, Inc as a Client Service Representative from 2010 to 2013. Alison then worked at Helzberg Diamonds as an Office Associate from 2011 to 2014. Since 2013, they have been working at Matthews International, starting as a Payroll Support Specialist and progressing to roles such as Payroll Specialist, Sr Payroll Administrator, and Payroll Manager. As of 2023, Alison is currently serving as the Lead Payroll Administrator at Matthews International.

Alison N. attended Duquesne University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Secondary Education, with a focus on Citizenship. In addition to their degree, Alison has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2011, they earned the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association. In 2018, they completed the Accounting Foundations: Bookkeeping and Finance Essentials for Small Business certifications through LinkedIn. Most recently, in May 2021, Alison became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, receiving the certification from Prosci.
