Jason F. is currently the Directory Services & North America Operations Lead- IT Infrastructure at Matthews International since October 2018. Prior to this, Jason was a Tier III Operations Engineer at Velocity Network from January 2005 to March 2018. Jason graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Jason's role involves supporting small to medium-sized businesses with limited IT staff and forecasting IT needs and budgets for clients.
