Steven P. Schaal

Steven P. Schaal has extensive work experience in the funeral industry, particularly in the management of manufacturing companies. Steven P. served as the Senior Vice President and Division President at Matthews International, where they successfully aligned multiple acquired companies and expanded the company's portfolio of services. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Matthews International, where they built the infrastructure for regional territories and core products. Before Matthews International, Schaal worked at The York Group as a Regional Sales Manager and later as the Director of Merchandising. Steven P. played a key role in transforming the company into a direct sale organization, implementing a consumer-driven merchandising system that increased revenues.
