Matt Rybar is currently the Vice President of Projects at Unmanned Vehicle Technologies (UVT). Matt also serves as a Patrol Officer and Emergency Manager at Huron-Clinton Metroparks, and is the Founder and President of the Michigan Public Safety Drone Association (MIPSDA). Previously, Matt worked as a Patrol Officer at Clio Police Department and as a Road Patrol Deputy at Kent County Sheriff's Office. Matt received the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Award in 2020. Matt is a founding member and part of the leadership team of the Technical Support Unit (TSU) at Huron-Clinton Metroparks. Matt founded Alpha Consulting Group LLC to assist with launching unmanned aircraft systems programs. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Hope College.
