Brian Brady

Brian Brady has over 30 years of experience in capital markets. Brian is currently a Vice President- Capital Markets at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. In this role, they provide capital advisory services and contributes to the growth of the company's Capital Markets Division. Before joining Matthews, they worked as a Principal at Realty Capital Group LLC. Brian also has experience in CRE finance as a member of eXp Commercial. Additionally, Brian has served as a Mortgage Loan Originator at World Wide Credit Corporation and as a National Sales Manager at Home Capital Funding. Brian also volunteered as a Member of the Parents Association Board of Directors at the University of San Diego.

Brian Brady has a strong educational background and has obtained various certifications over the years. Brian attended St. Joseph's Prep from 1979 to 1983, where they earned their HS Diploma in College Prep. Following this, they enrolled at Villanova University from 1983 to 1990, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Brian has acquired several certifications in different areas. In 2014, they became a Licensed Real Estate Broker through the California Department of Real Estate. In 2015, they obtained the designation of Military Relocation Professional from the National Association of REALTORS®. Then, in 2017, they earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the same association.

Brian's commitment to enhancing their skills continued in later years. In 2020, they became a Certified Expert Agent through Vacasa. In 2021, they obtained their Licensed Real Estate Broker certification through the Alabama Real Estate Commission, followed by another Licensed Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Division of Business and Professional Regulation. Additionally, in the same year, they completed the course "Understanding Buyer Psychology" from Grant Cardone CEE.

In 2022, Brian obtained the certification in "Professional Prospecting Strategies" from Grant Cardone. Most recently, in 2023, they acquired the "Loan Originator, Mortgage" certification from The Florida Office of Financial Regulation.
