Elianne Kemble-Clarkson

Elianne Kemble-Clarkson currently serves as Kommunikasjonssjef at Mattilsynet since September 2021. Prior to this role, Elianne held the position of Kommunikasjonssjef at Norges institusjon for menneskerettigheter from April 2018 to December 2021. Elianne’s extensive experience includes serving as a Kommunikasjonsrådgiver in the Stortingets administrasjon, where responsibilities encompassed communication advisory for leadership, press handling, social media editorial tasks, media training, and crisis communication. Elianne's background also includes freelance translation work and serving as an Informasjonskonsulent at Norges Røde Kors, focusing on external and internal communication and project management. Elianne holds an Executive Master of Management in Teamledelse and PR-ledelse og strategisk kommunikasjon from BI Norwegian Business School, a Master of Science in Citizenship, Democracy and Political Theory from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor in Social Sciences, Political Science from Newcastle University.
