Andrew Dickinson

Andrew Dickinson has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Andrew began their career at Aviva Life Insurance Company in 2000, where they held roles such as Pensions Development Manager and Business Development Manager. In these positions, they developed relationships with IFA's and generated new business in various areas including pensions, healthcare, and investment. In 2013, Andrew joined Mattioli Woods plc as a Senior Consultant, working with business owners and HR professionals to design and implement benefit solutions. Andrew also advised on pension plans, employee engagement, and group risks. Later, they became the Employee Benefits Team Director, overseeing all aspects of employee benefits for employers, charities, and trustees. Andrew's expertise lies in employee benefits and they have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Andrew Dickinson attended Dr Challoner's Grammar School from 1987 to 1993. Andrew then went on to study Government & Politics with a field of study in Economics at Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1996.
