Teh-Tien Su's work experience includes the following roles:

- Director, Process & Productivity Engineering at Mattson Technology since 2021.

- Director, Process and Productivity Engineering at Applied Materials from 2016 to 2021. In this position, they played a key role in the Sym3 Etch chamber technology team, captured a significant market share for conductor etch applications, and built and mentored a productivity team to solve production, cost, and safety issues.

- Sr. Staff R&D Project Manager and Sr Manager, Customer Technology at Lam Research from 2010 to 2016. They managed cross-functional teams responsible for developing advanced unit processes and led process engineering teams to maintain market shares and drive process improvements.

- Sr Process Engineering Manager and Sr Process Engineer & Technical staff at Applied Materials from 2000 to 2010. They guided a customer technology group to increase market share and lead in technology, executed successful customer demos, and resolved various field issues related to process integration, throughput, and system operations.

Teh-Tien Su has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
