Leah Berube is currently a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at Tufts University, with a projected graduation date in September 2029. Prior to this role, Leah served as a Post Graduate Researcher at the University of Rhode Island, focusing on wearable biosensing technology. Previous experience includes a Biomedical Engineering internship at CREmedical, where Leah contributed to the design and fabrication of technology aimed at diagnosing and treating brain disorders, as well as serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, assisting with signal processing in a neuroscience lab. Leah has also gained experience in the service industry, working as a food server at Matunuck Oyster Bar and previously at PJs Pub.
