Andrew Tuchfeld

Andrew Tuchfeld has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people relations.

From 2023 to the present, they have been working at Maven Clinic as the Senior Director of People Partners.

Prior to that, Andrew worked at Braze from 2018 to 2023, holding several roles including Senior Director of People Relations, Director of People Relations, Senior Manager of People Relations, and People Business Partner. At Braze, they built and led a global People Relations team, supported the executive team and General Managers as a business partner, and achieved various accomplishments such as establishing guidelines for organizational structures, designing a talent review framework, expanding the company career ladder, and increasing employee engagement.

Before joining Braze, Andrew worked at Blue Apron as an HR Manager and Recruiter from 2015 to 2018. Andrew was also a Talent Acquisition Partner at KIND in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Andrew gained experience in talent acquisition and recruiting at Gilt.com from 2011 to 2015, where they held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, and Recruiting Coordinator. Andrew also worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Gilt.com.

Andrew's first professional experience was as a Customer Care Representative at BASF from 2010 to 2011.

Andrew Tuchfeld completed their high school education at John P. Stevens High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, Andrew had a short-term educational experience at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange, focusing on Liberal Arts.
