Ashley Gadelha, DPT, MS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley started their career in 2006 as a Customer Support Specialist at Starwood Vacation Ownership, where they excelled in prioritizing and managing tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Personal Trainer at Athletic Apex, helping clients set personal fitness goals and providing education on nutrition strategies. In 2014, Ashley joined Pure Barre as a Group Fitness Instructor, where they developed lesson plans and taught barre classes to groups of women while also focusing on member retention and upselling memberships. In 2020, they became a Physical Therapist at Orlando Health, where they provided evidence-based care, reviewed medical records for accuracy, and facilitated interdisciplinary team communication. Currently, Ashley is with Maven Clinic, starting as a Care Support and advancing to roles such as Care Advocate and Physical Therapist. Their experience at Maven Clinic includes supporting providers, offering physical therapy services, and assisting patients. Throughout their career, Ashley has consistently demonstrated exceptional service, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering evidence-based care.

Ashley Gadelha, DPT, MS completed their education in a chronological order. Ashley first attended the University of Central Florida from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Ashley then pursued a Master of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the same university from 2015 to 2016. Continuing their education, Ashley attended AdventHealth University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned their Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Ashley has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2021, they completed the Pelvic Health 1 - Lecture certification from the American Physical Therapy Association. In February 2022, they acquired the Advanced Topics of Pregnancy & Postpartum Physical Therapy certification and the Intrapartum Topics of Obstetric Physical Therapy certification, both from the American Physical Therapy Association.
