Elysha Weissglass (she/her/hers)

Elysha Weissglass has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Elysha is currently a Senior Manager of Training and Development at Maven Clinic since October 2022, previously holding the position of Manager of Training and Development from July 2021.

Prior to their role at Maven Clinic, Elysha worked at Organizational Tutors as a Lead Executive Functioning Consultant from March 2017 to October 2022. Elysha was responsible for consulting with individuals and families to identify executive function needs and develop skills through SMART goal strategies.

From December 2020 to July 2021, Elysha worked at Healthfirst as part of the Learning and Development team. Elysha'sresponsibilities included facilitating virtual learning events, designing and developing learning content, and maintaining and updating learning materials.

Elysha has also worked at the NYC Department of Education as a Counselor and Leadership Development Program Facilitator from August 2016 to September 2020. Elysha'sresponsibilities included managing a caseload of students, facilitating remote learning groups, and organizing virtual panels on socio-emotional health.

Additionally, they worked at Futures and Options as an Assistant Program Coordinator, managing a caseload of youth and facilitating career development workshops. Elysha also worked at the Governor's Committee for Scholastic Achievement Mentoring Program as a Youth Coach and Curriculum Writer, engaging with mentors and designing lessons for college and career coaches.

Elysha has teaching experience as a Science & Math Teacher and Explorer Program Facilitator at KIPP New Jersey from August 2013 to June 2015. Elysha also served as a Committee Member for the Teach for America Second Year Giving Campaign and was a Teach for America Corps Member from July 2011 to June 2013.

Earlier in their career, Elysha worked as a Lab Assistant at the Maryland Child and Family Development Laboratory and as a Student Coordinator for Maryland Images Campus Tour Guides at the University of Maryland Undergraduate Admissions.
